What is this store's return and exchange policy?

I do not currently accept returns for unwanted goods after they have shipped. If your item has not yet been shipped, I am happy to send you a refund.

If your goods are damaged in shipment, please contact me immediately.

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

I sure do! However, the cost to ship outside the US is much more expensive, even though it can be fairly cheap to ship packages to the US. Please note that this is out of my control and I charge as close to those costs as possible!

* Please note I am not responsible for customs fees charged to orders outside of the US. I will NOT send items labeled as "GIFT". This is so that they will be properly handled by customs and I can claim them properly for tax filing purposes.*

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

I try to ship orders once a week, on Fridays. While I am in school, orders typically take 1-2 weeks to ship. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

 

My package won't deliver. What gives?

Please note that using an online alias/nickname/etc. may result in non-delivery, especially if your package is going outside the states. You must use in the least a legal surname and first initial. You may also list a parent, sibling, friend, or guardian's name who is listed at your same address.

I cannot refund packages that are lost by the use of an alias (meaning that name is not found at the address). However, if the package is returned to me, I will ship it again for you with a different name, but I will ask that you pay the exact shipping charge again.

Will my package include insurance?

Only orders over $75! If you would like to add shipping insurance, please let me know ahead of time.

 

Is everything made by you?

Absolutely! I am the sole designer of each of these products. Anything made in collaboration will be indicated in the product description.

 

What manufacturer did you use for x product?

I do not share supplier names with those I am unacquainted with. I recommend Artist Alley International Groups on facebook for recommendations and participating in Group Orders, which I routinely use. Thank you for understanding!
